We think you'll adore your new Hummingbird! But if you're not 100% satisfied, email us at hello@dyecandy.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a full refund back to you.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship your Hummingbird order, free of charge, within 24 hours from when your order is received Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm PST. 

Shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage. Expected delivery is 2-5 Business Days. 

Orders placed after 2:00pm PST on Friday will be shipped free the following Monday.
