Praise from a Salon Profesh

Professional colorist extraordinaire, Lana B Star takes the Hummingbird for a spin

Always on the hunt to perfect the Dye Candy Hummingbird before releasing it to the public, we shared our prototypes with early stage testers for their ratings, comments and opinions. After each round, we made tweaks incorporating their input, to make the Hummingbird even better. Then we put it into a professional’s hands (whom we knew would keep our secrets...and give it back), and here’s what Lana B Star had to say. (Follow Lana on instagram @lanabstar)

Uncoached and unscripted, this video is just Lana in her own words, talking about Dye Candy’s home hair color Hummingbird in all its glory.

Fun Facts about Lana:
I owned a MALE pony when I was five years old that I named Rainbow Brite Loveaheart (he was a total jerk of a pony, but he was probably mad about the name) and the first color I ever dyed my hair was Atlantic Blue. I colored it myself on my 13th birthday and also accidentally stained my face slightly blue during it. These days I stay focused on blondes and leave the Vivids to those who specialize in Vivids."
